About Employer Branding Consultant Role

We are seeking a seasoned Employer Branding Consultant to join our dynamic HR team in Warsaw. As an Employer Branding Consultant, you will be responsible for optimizing and refreshing our employer brand on the Polish market.

Your primary objective will be to strengthen our employer brand through effective campaigns and events that attract IT talent in Poland. You will develop ideas for campaigns, drive the development of our employer brand, and contribute to content development for our platforms and social media.

You will also support internally focused employer branding initiatives and projects in the PL office, acting as local EB lead for various activities.

  • Plan, coordinate, execute, and follow up on events and career fairs.
  • Contribute to content development for our platforms and social media, identifying great stories, and producing written material.
  • Develop ideas for campaigns and drive the development of our employer brand in collaboration with the Global EB Team.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Event Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, execute, and follow up on events and career fairs to promote our employer brand.
  2. Content Development: Contribute to content development for our platforms and social media, identifying great stories, and producing written material.
  3. Campaign Development: Develop ideas for campaigns and drive the development of our employer brand in collaboration with the Global EB Team.
  4. Internal Initiatives: Support internally focused employer branding initiatives and projects in the PL office, acting as local EB lead for various activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Creative and Strategic Approach: Possess a creative approach with strong strategic skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt new ideas to our Global EB approach.
  • Team Player: Proven experience working in a team environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Graphic Design Skills: Skilled in graphic design with a good command of MS Office.
  • Multitasking: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks without losing focus.
