About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating IT projects in the finance/stock exchange industry. Your primary goal will be to manage stakeholders, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards within an Agile environment.

Tech Stack & Tools:
  • We use various methodologies, including Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and Hybrid.
  • Ours is a collaborative work environment where we utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, and Monday.com.
  • We are invested in cloud platforms, with AWS, GCP, and Azure being some of our key technologies.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. You will oversee IT projects from initiation to completion.
  2. You will define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  3. You will collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders.
  4. You will monitor risks, budgets, and project progress.
  5. You will ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  6. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT.
  • A strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar applications.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A good command of English.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience in the finance or stock exchange industry.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or PMI-ACP.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, particularly AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD processes.
