We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of digital marketing projects for a US-based digital marketing agency specializing in web design, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and podcasting products, primarily serving attorneys across the United States, with expansion into other markets. The team is fast-paced, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on precision. 

This is a permanent, remote position requiring exceptional communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. This role is pivotal in managing our 15 internal staff and numerous contractors, ensuring seamless project execution. You'll hire and manage contractors, and maintain high-quality deliverables that align with client goals and agency standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Hire, onboard, and manage external contractors for website design, automation, ads, and other digital marketing tasks, primarily through Upwork.
  • Oversee client onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration into agency workflows.
  • Assign, coordinate, and track tasks among internal team members using ClickUp, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Engage in Zoom calls with clients to facilitate clear communication and project progress.
  • Ensure project deliverables align with client goals and agency standards.
  • Proactively manage scope changes, risks, and issues, providing solutions and clear communication to all involved parties.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to optimize project performance and outcomes.
  • Continuously assess and improve project management processes, providing innovative ideas for enhanced efficiency and client satisfaction.
