What We Offer
As a Senior Digital Experience Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of coordinated care. You will partner with Product Design, Product Management, Experience Design team members, Enterprise Stakeholders, and marketing to create optimal experiences across a variety of Bamboo Health properties. This role will report to the Director of Product Management and will be working inside of various product teams, focused on specific solutions for our increasing product portfolio.
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities of the Senior Digital Experience Designer role include:
- Designing user-centered interfaces for browsers, responsive web, native apps, and other screens
- Analyzing research findings and recommendations to plan and deliver Use Cases, User Journeys, User Flow Diagrams, Navigation Structures, Information Architecture, and Visual Interfaces in order to optimize the User Experience of our Digital Properties
- Creating and delivering Storyboards, Wireframes, Interface Modules and Pages, Prototypes and Design Specifications
- Partnering with Product Management and Engineering to ensure that we are solving the right problems, in the right way
- Understanding and designing to meet WCAG 2.0 AA Accessibility Standards
- Collaborating with other UX Designers, Researchers, and Design Team members to maintain, grow, implement, and refine Bamboo Health's Digital Design Language
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Figma
- BS
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong user experience design skills
- Proficiency in prototyping tools
- Understanding of UX design principles and processes
- Experience working in Agile teams
