Job Description:

  • We are looking for a skilled Staff Software Engineer who can lead significant projects and guide architectural design across teams.
  • The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and hands-on experience with modern practices and tools.
  • They will be comfortable designing and building solutions for infrastructure, applications, and processes.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of commercial experience as a Software Development Engineer.
  • 7+ years of programming experience with at least one modern programming language (Go, Python, Ruby).
  • 3+ years of experience contributing to architecture and design of new and concurrent, low latency systems.
  • Experience with Databases (PostgreSQL, MySql), DataStores (ElasticSearch, Redis).
  • A strong background in app performance, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Experience with tooling and building pipelines on modern CI platforms.
  • Experience working with public cloud providers (AWS / GCP).
  • Solid Computer Science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithm design.
