Software Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced software development specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of a comprehensive platform for managing digital evidence.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in software development and in-depth knowledge of core Java/JDK. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test software applications using Java and JDK
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Implement automated unit tests and ensure code quality
  • Develop and maintain software documentation and technical guides

You will work closely with our team of experienced engineers and architects to design and implement new features, test, deploy, and fix bugs in our Evidence Software platform. You will also have opportunities to influence and create new designs, software, and methods for deploying large-scale distributed cloud systems.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Java programming language and its ecosystem
  • Experience with Hibernate/JPA or similar ORM technology
  • Knowledge of SQL/relational databases (Postgres) and NoSQL databases
  • Proficiency in GitLab/GitHub and JUnit
  • Cloud experience (AWS)
