Job Description

We seek a highly skilled Senior Data Insights Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing complex data sets from various sources to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and manage large datasets from diverse sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Analyze data using statistical models and machine learning techniques to identify trends and insights.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key performance metrics and track progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a biotech, pharma, or research environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
