Senior Business Systems Analyst for Biotech and Pharma

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Link Group.

The successful candidate will analyze business processes and system requirements to propose effective IT solutions. They will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather and document functional and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing systems to support research, production, and administrative workflows. The analyst will conduct system testing and validation to ensure performance aligns with business goals.

In addition, they will troubleshoot technical issues and recommend improvements for existing systems. The ideal candidate will liaise with developers, database administrators, and vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration of new systems.

As a key member of our team, the Senior Business Systems Analyst will provide training and support to end users to enhance system utilization.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in systems analysis, preferably in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or research industries.
• Strong understanding of ERP, LIMS, or similar systems used in biotechnology or pharma environments.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Experience with integration platforms and middleware tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with data security and compliance in regulated industries (e.g., GxP, GDPR).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

A strong background in project management and experience working in an agile development environment would be beneficial.
