Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Device SIM Card Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing SIM cards for contracted mobile phone devices, maintaining maintenance & telephony contracts, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage SIM Cards: Responsible for the day-to-day management of SIM cards for client-issued mobile phones, including activation, deactivation, and tracking.
  • Maintenance & Telephony Contracts: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and telephony contracts for all company-issued mobile phones, including contract renewals and cancellations.
  • Cost Controlling and Reporting: Monitor and report on costs associated with SIM card usage, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Procurement & Asset Management Knowledge: Proven experience in procurement and asset management, with a strong understanding of cost control and reporting.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
