As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to equipment users.
You will diagnose and resolve technical problems, provide information on products and their functionality, and enter requests into the system.
We are looking for a candidate with fluency in Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian (B2/C1) and excellent command of English (B1/B2).
Beyond language proficiency, we require basic knowledge of operating household appliances, a positive attitude, and ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
The ideal candidate will be available to work at least 120 hours per month, with project hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:00.
SalaryWe offer a competitive salary rate:
- PLN 53.00 gross/hour for Estonian speakers
- PLN 52.00 gross/hour for Latvian and Lithuanian speakers
