We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating high-quality code and leading by example.

Job Description
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and improving code across different teams, ensuring it meets quality, speed, and security standards.
  • This role requires strong experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or in a similar role, with skills in both front-end and back-end tools, especially React and Python.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and modern development tools, including CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing.
  • A very good problem-solving, debugging, and analysis skillset is required, along with excellent leadership skills and the ability to guide technical standards across teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to set and follow coding rules, system design, and best practices.
  • Provide technical oversight for important code parts, ensuring they stay strong for the future.
  • Identify areas in the codebase that can be improved and suggest or make changes.
  • Support the development agency in using modern ways of working.
  • Mentor and guide developers, providing feedback to improve their skills.
  • Work closely with project managers and business analysts to ensure technical solutions match product needs.
Requirements
  • Strong experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
  • Skilled in both front-end and back-end tools, especially React and Python.
  • Proven experience reviewing and improving code across different teams.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and modern development tools.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing.
