Quality Engineering Senior Lead Position

We are seeking an accomplished Quality Engineering Senior Lead to establish and drive enterprise-wide strategies, lead cross-functional quality transformations, and foster a culture of excellence throughout our IT landscape.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the long-term vision for IT Quality Engineering, leading large-scale transformation programs that revolutionize quality engineering tools, practices, and methodologies across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the long-term vision for IT Quality Engineering.
  • Lead and architect large-scale transformation programs that improve quality engineering processes and efficiency.
  • Guide key cross-functional initiatives with strategic alignment, efficient resource planning, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Influence global compliance strategies, advising senior leadership on regulatory matters and preparing for future industry trends.
  • Build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders and external experts to foster collaboration, innovation, and best-practice adoption.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture centered around continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly accomplished and influential individual with a proven track record in IT quality engineering, testing, validation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT quality engineering, testing, validation, and compliance—particularly in highly regulated industries.
  • Deep knowledge of international regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 1 & 11) and global compliance expectations.
  • Expertise in building advanced testing and validation strategies using modern technologies and automation.
  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Skilled in translating complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership and regulators.
  • Experience applying Agile and DevOps methodologies in regulated environments.
