Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across the CE region.
  • Develop and implement resourcing and attraction strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Analyze talent needs and market trends to inform recruitment decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and local People teams to support recruitment needs.
  • Design and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Mentor and guide the regional recruitment team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent English knowledge.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies across functions and levels.
  • Proficient in ATS and HR software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with diversity recruitment strategies.
  • Retail industry experience and multi-region recruitment background is preferred.
