We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Link Group in Germany.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced data professional to contribute to our decision-making processes by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for data manipulation and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from diverse sources to support informed decision-making.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports to visualize insights and track key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to optimize processes and outcomes.
  • Evaluate and ensure data quality and integrity while managing large datasets.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a biotech, pharma, or research environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling, machine learning, or predictive analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A monthly salary of €6,000 - €8,000, depending on experience.
