Senior IT Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead our company's global IT projects and products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing dependencies, schedules, and resources within complex transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate, coordinate, and oversee all IT projects and products globally
- Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, presentations, and analyses for the management team
- Identify, assess, and monitor program risks
- Implement and supervise risk management plans
- Maintain and develop project management standards based on PMI
- Train managers and teams on best practices, tools, and project processes
- Manage communication with all stakeholders
- Support and improve reporting processes and standardize tools (Jira, Confluence) across the organization
- Participate in strategic planning of product development, ensuring activities align with the company's business goals
- Document program progress, create and maintain risk registers, decisions, and key agreements

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools
- Experience in project management, specifically in leading complex transformation programs
- Ability to prepare professional presentations and reports
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Practical knowledge of PMI standards
