Experienced IT Professional Sought for a Key Role

As a seasoned expert in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related technologies, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless operation of our organization's systems. With a deep understanding of high availability and disaster recovery concepts, you will collaborate closely with the Service Assurance team to resolve events, incidents, and problems in adherence to established service level agreements.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working with Oracle Linux systems, administering and securing them in compliance with security policies and standards. Additionally, this individual will design, implement, and improve standard practices for the Exadata platform, encompassing operating system and network design. Furthermore, they will recommend and implement best practices for the security of Oracle BI/DWH databases, taking into account the features of Oracle Exadata.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Terraform, GitHub, and Ansible Expertise: You will utilize these tools to streamline routine tasks, enhance efficiency, and maintain high-quality delivery standards.
  • Collaboration with Engineering Team: As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with colleagues to achieve goals related to Exadata, Oracle Database, and Change Data Capture.

We require an accomplished professional with expertise in the following areas:

  • OCI, Terraform, GitHub, Ansible, and Linux: Strong proficiency in these technologies is essential for success in this role.

Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in OCI or a similar cloud environment.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Informatics is preferred but not required.
