About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in maintaining a positive and safe online environment by reviewing and moderating user-generated content for our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and review social media content to ensure it adheres to our community guidelines and standards.
  • Identify and escalate any content that may be inappropriate, sensitive, or harmful.
  • Resolve reported content issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a safe and enjoyable online community for our users.
  • Accurately follow content moderation processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve content policies and provide feedback on moderation procedures.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Czech and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to professionally handle sensitive and graphic content.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays.
