Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Support Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Support Team, including daily meetings and assigning workload to the SEDOps team based on priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving skillset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Support Team, including daily meetings and assigning workload to the SEDOps team based on priorities.
  • Clearly define business priorities for all incoming issues and ensure that SEDOps has all the necessary information to provide high-quality services.
  • Provide clear communication to internal and external stakeholders when issues arise, and follow through to resolution.
  • Work with the Head of Service Operations to establish effective processes and workflows for supporting our service, and conduct regular reviews of these workflows.
  • Support the Delivery Team with testing game updates to ensure Delivery SLAs are met and to gain a deeper understanding of the games and potential issues.
  • Manage and coordinate on-call or out-of-hours schemes as required by SLA commitments.
  • Represent the Operations Support function in relevant meetings and ceremonies, including retrospectives.
