Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Kotlin Backend Developer to join our team at ITDS, a multinational IT company with operations in 150 locations across 46 countries. This Warsaw-based opportunity offers the possibility to work 100% remotely.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to the Azure cloud modernization of our client's IT department, driving innovation and excellence in software development. The role involves working with a passionate team of developers who share a passion for Kotlin and system architecture.

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Expertise in Kotlin, with a focus on system architecture, caching techniques, REST APIs, and data modeling
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB
  • Experience with modern web frameworks including Spring, Quarkus, and Micronaut
  • Motivation to collaborate with experienced developers and learn from their expertise
  • Exposure to Kubernetes, Rancher, and Azure services such as Azure DevOps and GitHub actions
  • Basic knowledge of frontend technologies like React or Vue
  • Fluent English
