Our Crop Science IT division in Warsaw is seeking a talented software engineer to collaborate on delivering and supporting business-critical solutions.

We are looking for someone with strong programming skills in JavaScript and Node.js, as well as experience with modern backend and frontend web frameworks. Prior experience with cloud technologies and deployment (AWS preferred) is also a plus. You should be comfortable working with a global team across time zones and possess high-level communication skills in English.

As a key member of our global development team, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to solving organization-wide problems. You'll partner with developers, product managers, product designers, and business partners to prioritize work daily, mentor engineers within your team and across the software organization, and make technical design and architecture decisions within and across teams.

You'll consistently contribute to solving organization-wide problems, including shared platforms, libraries, and frameworks. Additionally, you'll participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies, build relationships with key members of partner organizations, and advance your career by continuously developing your technical skills and knowledge.
