GLOBRECS | Global Recruitment Solutions is a Ukrainian-Polish company specializing in quick and accurate search for top programmers and IT specialists across Europe and North America.

We are looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Partner who wants to professionally realize themselves in one of the best product IT companies in Ukraine.

Requirements:
  • Higher education (economics, finance, human resources management);
  • At least 3 years of experience in C&B (salary and bonuses/incentives/grading/analysis and reporting) in an IT company;
  • Knowledge of labor law, HR systems, business processes, and tools;
  • Good skills in working with HR systems - organization of work, C&B, motivation, employee evaluation, salary calculation, personnel management;
  • Ability to work with data sets and analyze performance indicators, salary levels, and personnel management;
  • Experience in implementing employee evaluation and salary range systems (Korn Ferry, Mercer, EY) is welcome;
  • Skills in developing HR documents at a high level;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint at an advanced level;
  • Strong communication skills, ability to argue their position;

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in forming HR strategy for compensation, benefits, and perks policy, organize its implementation;
  • Plan and annually review the company's target compensation policy based on HR data analysis, prepare proposals;
  • Participate in developing employee salary structure, compensation, and benefits programs;
  • Coordinate and implement changes to compensation and benefits programs;
  • Support grading projects in business;
  • Participate in forming organizational structures and staffing plans for the company;
  • Conduct local monitoring and analysis of market salaries and C&B practices and trends, prepare a final report, provide consultations to interested business clients;
  • Participate in preparing a model for final decision-making on annual/operational budget expenditures for labor costs, compensation, and benefits programs (P&L / Cash flow);
  • Conduct plan-fact analysis, prepare reporting, propose corrections within the approved budget;
  • Coordinate interaction with external service providers, partners, and corporate discount providers.
