We are seeking a seasoned Digital Delivery Expert to join our team as a Project and Operations Manager. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in project management, delivery management, and stakeholder engagement to drive business growth and success.

About the Role

As a Digital Delivery Expert, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on coordinating software and design development internally and externally, working closely with clients and project teams, removing impediments, and managing budgets, scope, and time.

You will also be responsible for taking ownership of project success, writing and managing tasks, building and maintaining client relationships, overseeing end-to-end delivery processes, and managing stakeholder expectations and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project management: Develop and implement project plans, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery
  • Delivery management: Coordinate internal and external resources, manage budget and scope, and ensure timely delivery
  • Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Risk management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project success
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in project management, delivery management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira and Linear
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving
