Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and improving business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model and document business processes, roles, capabilities, and data.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business needs, requirements, and user stories.
  • Support product owners and business experts in defining requirements and during software development.
  • Maintain and track requirements throughout the system lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • ICT relevant degree
  • At least 2 certifications among: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent, Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent, or equivalent certifications recognized internationally
  • Knowledge in business processes modeling using BPMN notation
  • Knowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis
  • Knows analysis/modelling notations like UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model etc.)
  • Proficiency in using modeling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively
  • Problem solving skills
  • Experience in a project aimed business processes improvement or redesign
  • Experience in the role of Business Analyst in a project aimed at analysis, design, implementation and deployment of ICT Solution that enabled multilevel, multistakeholder reporting
  • Experience in preparing and conducting market studies/research
  • Experience in business change management
  • Experience in business architecture (organization, value streams, capabilities, business processes, information) modeling and/or analysis
  • Being familiar with formal business process management methods such as Lean, Six Sigma
  • Being familiar with the BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) framework
