About the Role:

The HR Advisor is a key member of the GBS HR Services team, providing expert guidance and support to employees and managers on a wide range of human resources matters. This includes handling employee lifecycle processes, providing HR support and guidance, and collaborating with HR specialists and other departments to ensure effective HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships across the client group and cross-functional HR Partners.
  • Act as point of contact for issues and questions within the duties and responsibilities of the HR Services Team.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers within the organization.
  • Answer general questions from employees and assist with various HR processes, such as enrollments of new employees, life events, changes, and other HR-related transactions.
  • Collaborate with HR specialists and other departments to ensure effective HR service delivery.
  • Participate in projects and assignments as directed by the organization.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
  • Detail-oriented and efficient person, able to flex priorities to current needs and deliver a consistent level of quality.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, tech-savvy.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive HR information confidentially and professionally.
