GBS Senior HR Advisor

About the Role

The Senior HR Advisor is a key member of the GBS HR Services team, providing expert guidance and support to employees and managers on a wide range of human resources matters. This includes handling employee lifecycle processes, acting as a point of contact for issues and questions, and collaborating with HR specialists and other departments to ensure effective HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers within the organization.
• Answer general questions from employees and assist with various HR processes, such as enrollments of new employees, life events, changes, and other HR-related transactions.
• Collaborate with HR specialists and other departments to ensure effective HR service delivery.
• Participate in projects and assignments as directed by the organization.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of HR experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and oral.
• Knowledge of other European languages a plus.
• Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
• Detail-oriented and efficient person, able to flex priorities to current needs and deliver a consistent level of quality.
• Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, tech-savvy.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive HR information confidentially and professionally.
