We are seeking a seasoned product designer to join our team.

Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled product designer to collaborate directly with clients and cross-functional teams to design products and services powered by GenAI and emerging AI technologies. As a senior product designer, you will be responsible for creating user experiences that incorporate AI-driven features while leveraging AI tools to enhance the design process. You will lead the translation of business requirements and user research insights into intuitive user-centric product designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design both for and with AI create user experiences that incorporate AI-driven features while leveraging AI tools to enhance the design process.
  • Lead the translation of business requirements and user research insights into intuitive user-centric product designs.
  • Create and iterate on UX flows interaction models, and high-fidelity UI deliverables that achieve both user and business goals across web, mobile, and multi-device environments.
  • Prepare specifications and design systems that align with scalable AI solutions for engineering teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of commercial product design experience with at least one successfully launched product.
  • Strong UI and UX design expertise with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process, problem-solving approach, and measurable impact.
  • Experience designing products that leverage AI/ML or GenAI with understanding of unique challenges like trust, transparency, personalization, and user control.
  • Ability to co-create with AI tools while maintaining human-centered design approach.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI design principles such as bias mitigation, explainable AI, and ethical design frameworks.
