The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on our complex retail management solution, Wireless Standard POS, which is designed to meet the needs of thousands of retailers in the telecom market.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our product meets the evolving needs of our customers by collaborating closely with our development team, product managers, and other stakeholders.

You will be responsible for defining business requirements, creating user stories, mockups, functional specifications, and technical requirements. Additionally, you will manage project scope, requirements management, and their impact on existing requirements.

A critical aspect of this role is your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and ensure alignment with project goals
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation
  • Manage project scope, requirements management, and their impact on existing requirements
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment
  • Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality results

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Business or System or Functional Analyst role
  • Proficient in writing User Stories, Use Cases, Functional and Non-Functional requirements, system diagrams, and wireframes
  • Experience working with Restful APIs (writing requirements, API usage)
  • Experience in Microservices architecture
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Knowledge of SQL, UML, BPMN, REST, API, and Microservices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactiveness, organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep overall solutions in mind

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in enterprise software development or finance domain
  • Experience delivering desktop and web-applications
  • Experience of successful system integration project
