About the Role

  • We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on providing top-notch support for our API integration services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via email, community forum, and live chat, ensuring seamless API integration experience.
  • Triage and escalate API-related issues to R&D teams for prompt resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of API usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to gather feedback from customers and influence improvements to our API.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, JSON, and JavaScript or Python scripting languages.
  • Experience working with OAuth, Git, Linux, and Unix environments.
  • Familiarity with Asana API and its ecosystem is a plus.
