Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers via phone, email, or chat. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge of Czech at the level of minimum B2+
- Knowledge of English at minimum B2
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work part-time or full-time
- Flexibility to work 24/7 shifts, with line working hours from 9:00 to 1:00
Additional Requirements
In addition to the above qualifications, we require:
- Able to divide working time effectively: 80% back-office, 10% phone, 10% other activities
- Willingness to participate in knowledge tests and language verification
