Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team at NIX Tech Kft.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide full secretarial and administrative services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Organize business trips for managers or teams, handling travel arrangements, documentation, and communication with counterparties.
  • Prepare comprehensive travel plans, routes, and schedules, as well as coordinate meetings and events.
  • Maintain accurate financial documentation, conduct analytical work, translation, and information support as needed.
  • Manage document flow, receive and send documentation, and provide reporting services.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong office management and document management skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues, managers, and clients from diverse backgrounds.
