Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced Accounting Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a vital role in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing and verifying employee expense reports, ensuring accurate classification and allocation of costs;">">
- Managing purchase orders, accounts payable, and receivable, including validating incoming invoices and obtaining necessary approvals;">">
- Collaborating with external accountants to facilitate payment processing and resolving any discrepancies or issues;">">
- Serving as the point of contact for mobility-related queries, providing timely and accurate support to employees and management;">">
- Assisting in purchasing and personnel administration, including expense reporting and employment-related tasks;">">
- Facilitating communication between senior management, legal teams, and external accountants on contract-related matters, expenses, and other critical topics.">">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you must possess:

- A degree in Accounting or a related field;">">
- At least 1-3 years of experience in accounting-related positions, preferably with a focus on financial analysis and compliance;">">
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English and Hungarian;">">
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word;">">
