As an International Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate with our manager to determine ongoing recruitment needs, advertise job openings on various international platforms, source potential candidates via online channels, screen candidates who meet the required qualifications, organize and conduct initial interviews, build lasting relationships with previous applicants and potential candidates, and track candidates throughout the hiring process until they are placed with the client.
