Oczekiwane Umiejętności:- Mieszkasz w Warszawie lub okolicach;
- Posiadasz minimum 6 miesięcy doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku;
- Jesteś osobą otwartą i komunikatywną;
- Dyspozycyjny/a 5 dni w tygodniu (w tym dwa/trzy weekendy w miesiącu);
- Gotowy/a do pracy w systemie zmianowym;
- Cechuje Cię szybkość w działaniu;
- Bardzo dobrze komunikujesz się w języku polskim i angielskim.
Nasza firma jako Junior specjalista ds. Real Time Operations odpowiedzialny jest za zapewnienie sprawnego działania procesów oraz rozwiązywanie problemów powstałych przy dostawach. Do zadań należy również wsparcie klientów w czacie, telefonicznie i mailowo, a także raportowanie problemów technicznych.
