At Devire IT Outsourcing, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients. As a Release Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of IT projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, with experience in release and deployment management activities. Familiarity with ITIL framework and Project Management tools like Jira and Confluence is a must. Additionally, expertise in continuous integration and continuous deployment practices will be highly valued.

This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. A basic understanding of DevOps ways of working and a passion for working with industry-leading Release Orchestration tool are also essential.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelors/Master's degree in IT or related disciplines and practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe methodologies. High proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.

We're seeking an analytical individual with great coordination and planning skills, who can pay attention to details while maintaining an overview. Accountability, proactivity, ownership, and adaptability are key characteristics required for this role.

Job Description
  • Coordinating, planning, and maintaining the release roadmap for one or more applications.
  • Release and deployment planning and coordination of multiple parallel releases.
  • Planning release go-live and post-go-live activities.
  • Planning, coordinating, and tracking change activities throughout the release process.
  • Leading release decision meetings to secure stakeholder approval for each release milestone.
  • Planning and setting up handover sessions from development teams to operations teams.
  • Increasing release quality and efficiency by integrating new techniques, automation capabilities, and DevOps ways of working to release orchestration.
Requirements
  • ITIL certification.
