Job Summary

  • Drive Cost Modelling Excellence: Lead the definition, documentation, and continuous enhancement of detailed functional requirements to support regulatory cost assessment processes.
  • Oversight and Maintenance: Own and maintain the Target Operating Model for the Cost Modelling Tool (CMT), ensuring robust controls and scalable processes are embedded.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate closely with key Finance stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and relevance.
  • Partnerships and Support: Partner with IT and Group Finance Architecture teams to support the build, testing, and implementation of the tool.
  • Testing and Validation: Coordinate end-to-end testing activities, working with business and finance teams to define test scenarios and ensure successful validation of tool functionality.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with Group and Functional Instruction Manuals, overseeing tool maintenance and adherence to operational and risk control frameworks.
  • Regulatory Demands: Respond to increasing regulatory demands for forward-looking cost information while maintaining delivery timelines and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate ongoing engagement with internal stakeholders, actively participating in working groups, steering committees, and cross-functional forums.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, enhance automation, and reduce technical debt within the cost modelling process.
