About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Nordic Payroll Specialist to join our HR Shared Services Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain payroll data, including salary adjustments, benefits, deductions, and tax details.
  • Collaborate with payroll vendors, HR teams, and finance departments to streamline operations.
  • Resolve payroll inquiries from employees and stakeholders promptly and professionally.
  • Evaluate and ensure adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Support audits and reporting by maintaining accurate payroll records.
  • Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and service quality.
  • Stay updated on legislative changes affecting payroll.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards in the region.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HRIS.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Certification in payroll administration or a related field is an asset.
