Monetisation Strategist for E-commerce and SaaS Growth

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the monetisation strategy and execution of our pricing, packaging, and billing experiences.

As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for developing and iterating on monetisation strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with Data & Analytics, Product Teams, User Experience, Marketing, Finance & Legal, and Customer Success to drive revenue growth, user satisfaction, and long-term customer value.

1. Develop and iterate on monetisation strategies in collaboration with Product Teams, Marketing, Sales, and Senior Leadership.
2. Design in-app and email-based upgrade paths that seamlessly move users from free to paid plans or from lower-tier to higher-tier plans.
3. Oversee the technical and operational aspects of billing, payment gateways, and subscription management.
4. Propose and run A/B tests on packaging changes, pricing adjustments, and new upsell flows.
5. Own leading and lagging monetisation metrics and regularly update leadership on revenue performance, experiment outcomes, and key learnings.

• Proven experience in product management roles with a focus on e-commerce, SaaS monetisation, or subscription-based products.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data to drive decisions.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and balance technical feasibility with business impact.
• Strategic thinking and execution capabilities, with a focus on driving tangible results.
