Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Barry Callebaut Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent to build a robust pipeline for corporate functions and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and talent availability.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Employ creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool for current and future organizational needs.
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand specific role requirements and organizational needs.
• Schedule interviews and support admin-related activities.
• Administer assessments for top-tier candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
• Manage agency contracts storage per region.
• Manage incoming TA inquiries via the careers page, ensuring candidates are connected to respective recruiters.

Requirements

• ATS and LinkedIn proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing market trends and adjust sourcing approaches accordingly.
