Accounting Expert Position

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team.

  • To ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, you will review and support the work of other accountants.
  • You will prepare financial data for SAP postings, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
  • Maintenance and reconciliation of the general ledger will be your responsibility.
  • Collaboration with senior stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Tax, and Treasury is essential.
  • You will review internal controls and reconciliations, supporting internal and external audit activities.
  • Process improvements and standardization opportunities will be identified and implemented.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years of professional accounting experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of German GAAP and/or IFRS is necessary.
  • Proficiency in SAP (FI/CO) and advanced Excel skills are expected.
  • Good communication skills in German and English are required.
  • A relevant academic background in finance, accounting, or economics is essential.
  • A professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA is highly desirable.
