Cloud Services Scrum Master Specialist

At HSBC Technology Poland, we are looking for a skilled Cloud Services Scrum Master to join our globally distributed Azure and Power Platform Cloud Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile and Lean frameworks. They will be responsible for removing impediments that hinder the team from reaching their goals, while also driving continuous improvement and process maturation. Our team operates a 'Cloud First' strategy, and the successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all requirements are clearly documented, prioritized, and scheduled in team delivery plans
- Enhance and mature the hybrid agile process based on known standards (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Coach teams in best practices and remove impediments that hinder progress
- Orchestrate the engineering backlog into the engineering delivery lifecycle
- Implement metrics for tracking continuous process improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize operating models
- Professional Scrum Master certification
- Proven experience in cloud services platforms (Azure, Power Platform, AWS, GCP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to drive decision-making collaboratively and resolve conflicts effectively
