Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Security Specialist to join our team at AT&T. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Azure ecosystem, a strong background in software development and operations, with a passion for implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and propose infrastructure architecture.
- Design and automate infrastructure deployment through Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Participate in cross-functional best practices guilds and knowledge exchange.
- Implement and maintain security tools, processes, and best practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our applications and infrastructure.
- Follow changes to security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on secure coding practices, threat modeling, and risk management.
- Monitor and analyze security logs, alerts, and reports to identify and respond to potential security incidents.
- Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Experience in implementing and managing monitoring, alerting tools, and vulnerability scanners.
- Experience with Azure and its related services (AppService, AKS, AKV, Private Networking).
- Experience with application containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, GitOps).
- Experience with implementing CI/CD for applications and infrastructure (Azure DevOps, Git, Terraform, GitHub).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of networking technologies, security protocols, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX system administration, including configuration, optimization, and security.
Education Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or related field of study.

Compensation: Salary for Czech Republic starting from 86,800 CZK gross monthly. The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge, and experience.
