As a Helpdesk Specialist intern, you will be responsible for providing 1st line technical support, answering support queries via phone, email, Chat, and Web in German and English. You will use Cloud Telephony channel with a dual Citrix setup for required client environment access.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • You must be a student of last year of studies.
