We are seeking a highly skilled Java Tech Lead to join our team at DCG Sp. z o.o. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our Java-based applications and ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of Java-based applications and ensure they meet the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Design and implement software solutions using Java, Spring, and Angular.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Work with deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes to ensure smooth deployment of software releases.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 7+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Java (11+), Spring Framework, JPA, Hibernate, SQL, NoSQL, Apache Camel, Messaging Queues, QueryDSL, and Angular.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (Cucumber preferred).
  • Good knowledge of Linux commands and scripting.
  • Very good command of English.
