ERP Consultant Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Consultant to join our team. As an ERP Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering consulting services in various areas of the heavy equipment industry.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with customers on implementations using proprietary ERP solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

As an ERP Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and understanding customer requests and documenting them
  • Communicating these requests to other parties involved in the process
  • Collecting functional requirements while working with the customer
  • Participating in creating Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and functional solution designs
  • Facilitating trainings, workshops, or demonstrations as required by the customer
  • Managing and resolving issues based on your knowledge of end-to-end processes
  • Suggesting and delivering improvements for processes and systems affecting the implementation/support lifecycle
  • Managing project timelines and working with business and technical personnel to ensure tasks are completed according to the project plan

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
