Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Service Owner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe, secure, and resilient IT services to our customers.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a strong background in IT service management to take on a challenging role that involves operational tasks, projects, and programs.
  • The IT Service Owner will be responsible for the ongoing support of IT services owned and will provide a single point of contact for these services in line with standard IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Lifecycle phases.
  • This includes activities such as change management, problem management, and production support management, ensuring required data is documented, processes are followed, and products under your scope are secure and well maintained.
  • You will also coordinate and support infrastructure activities like patching, migrations, upgrades, security reviews, and violations.
  • Maintaining documentation and ensuring secure IT procedures are followed for any project and ongoing BAU activity is crucial in this role.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders, business, and IT colleagues for inquiries related to IT service provision is essential.
  • Additionally, you will participate in project prioritization, manage, and own all "Keep the Lights On" activities.
  • Manage projects, including budgets and ongoing costs analyses.
