Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Experience Designer to join our team. This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work from home and the expectation to be on-site at least one day per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing user-centered digital experiences for our global marketing websites
  • Collaborating with the UX/UI Director to execute design system updates and contribute to scalable page templates and components
  • Creating polished, responsive designs that reflect our global brand

We're looking for a proactive, highly organized designer who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. You should be confident working independently, comfortable navigating multiple time zones, and energized by structure, systems, and problem-solving.

Requirements:
  • 3–6 years of experience designing web experiences—especially in SaaS, B2B marketing, or content-heavy sites
  • Deep expertise with Figma, including component-based design, auto layout, and system file organization
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your own priorities and communicating effectively across teams
  • A collaborative, feedback-friendly mindset and experience working with engineers and marketing stakeholders
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining a web design system
  • Familiarity with multi-language or internationalized websites
  • Understanding of basic HTML/CSS and front-end development workflows
  • Comfort using analytics or behavior tools (GA4, Hotjar) to inform design
  • Experience working in or around content-driven CMS environments
  • Exposure to AI-assisted design tools or workflows (e.g., generative design, AI-based wireframing, UX copy tools)
