About the Job

As a Product Line Strategist for Johnson Controls, you will play a key role in driving market expansion and ensuring profitability for our European Fan Coil Units. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing innovative product line strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global product line strategies, optimizing product life cycles and profitability.
  • Analyze market research and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver solutions and services that meet customer needs.
  • Lead new product introductions and oversee cost-out initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • At least 7+ years of experience in HVAC product/program management or marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Fan Coil Units markets, including current trends and challenges.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
