Senior Android Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge mobile applications on the Android platform.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Kotlin or Java programming languages and be well-versed in Android SDK. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with design patterns such as MVP, MVVM, and architectural patterns like dependency injection (Dagger, Hilt), reactive programming (RxJava, RxBinding), databases (ROOM, Realm, SQLite), network communication (REST, JSON, Retrofit), and Android Jetpack.

A basic understanding of version control systems like Git and Gitflow is also essential for effective collaboration within the team. Fluency in English and German (B2+ level) is necessary for seamless communication among team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Co-developing and enhancing mobile applications based on the Android platform;
  • Participating in all phases of the software development process (requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and publishing in the Google Play Store);
  • Assuming responsibility for part or all of the system, depending on the project;
  • Integrating applications with the backend, cloud, enterprise platforms, and low-code solutions;
  • Collaborating with UX and UI experts to ensure optimal user experience and customer satisfaction.
