Job Title: Junior Growth Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Implement SEO improvements to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Assist with content creation, including blog posts, social media updates, and website content.
  • Conduct outreach to potential partners and manage relationships to foster collaboration and expansion opportunities.
  • Engage with the community through various channels, including forums, groups, and online communities.
  • Implement and optimize email automation campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Manage the company's CRM - update it daily based on the notes from calls.
  • Analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
  • Perform outreach to prospects and leads.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Eagerness to learn quickly, adapt, and grow, with a can-do attitude and high positive energy.
