Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Growth Marketing Specialist to work alongside our Co-Founder, Jacek, and Renata - Senior Growth Specialist to help drive the growth of Getint as a company. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within the SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute growth strategies that align with company objectives.
- Implement SEO improvements to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Assist with content creation, including blog posts, social media updates, and website content.
- Conduct outreach to potential partners and manage relationships to foster collaboration and expansion opportunities.
- Engage with the community through various channels, including forums, groups, and online communities.
- Implement and optimize email automation campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Manage the company's CRM - update it daily based on the notes from calls.
- Analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Perform outreach to prospects and leads.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
- Creative thinker with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Eagerness to learn quickly, adapt, and grow, with a can-do attitude and high positive energy.
